- Overhead Treatment: Colorful drapes (tents style) or hanging floral tassels in the main ceremony area.
Props & Detailing
- Stylized Props: Use of brass urlis with floating flowers, earthen pots, Rajasthani umbrellas, or evil eye hangings based on the theme.
- Entrance Decor: A floral archway or draped entrance passage with a customized welcome board on an easel.
- Photo Opportunities: One dedicated photo booth corner with quirky props (placards, sunglasses, frames).
Technical & Logistics
- Lighting: Basic wash lighting (PAR cans) to highlight the backdrop.
- Manpower: Transport, setup, and breakdown crew compliant with hotel safety standards.

Premium Wedding Mandap Setup
Mandap Design
- Structure: A 4-pillar or 6-pillar grand mandap (12ft x 12ft) featuring intricate carving, gold fiber work, or modern geometric lines.
- Floral Canopy: Dense ceiling work inside the mandap using a mix of high-quality artificial and fresh blooms to create a canopy effect.
- Furniture: Premium Sankheda, Haveli, or Sofa seating for the couple and parents, along with Havan Kund setup assistance.
Aisle & Entry
- Signature Walkway: A raised aisle (ramp) leading to the mandap, finished with printed flex, red carpet, or reflective mirror sheets.
- Aisle Decor: Lining the aisle with 6-8 heavy floral pedestals, brass lamps (diyas), or candle votives.
- Grand Entrance: A massive archway (approx. 10-12ft high) featuring traditional bells, draping, and a dedicated Ganesha or Deity placement area.
Venue Styling
- Chair Styling: Tiffany or Chiavari chairs for guest seating (approx. 50-100 count included) with colored sashes.
- Scents & Sounds: Inclusion of fresh tuberose/mogra hangings for fragrance in the ceremony area.

The Stage (Focal Point)
- Panoramic Backdrop: A massive stage setup (spanning 40ft to 60ft) designed for large group photography. Features heavy velvet draping, gold laser-cut panels, or full floral walls.
- Ceiling Installations: Suspension of large crystal chandeliers or floral chandeliers directly above the couple's seating area.
- Furniture: A luxury loveseat or throne for the couple, flanked by matching side florals to hide wiring and stage monitors.
Ballroom Ambience
- Lighting Design: Strategic focus lights (Par cans/Profiles) to ensure the couple looks perfect in photos without harsh shadows, plus ambient mood lighting.
- Console Masking: Neat masking of the DJ/Sound console to blend with the theme.
- Welcome Area: A red-carpet style entrance with a meet & greet backdrop or a floral photo-op wall.
