• Swimming (kids' pool too), plus serious lifeguard training with real rescue drills
• Tennis for all levels, solo or in groups
• Karate & martial arts: fitness, focus, self-confidence, and less stress
• Volleyball & basketball: team play, skill drills, and getting competition ready
• Kabaddi & athletics at our Hodal center, with an eye on making you match-fit
• Our gym: trainers who actually guide you, not just spot you

Kids, adults, total beginners, or those chasing medals - we’ve got space and a plan for you. Our summer camps (ages 6-15) are packed, but you can join year-round too. Most stick around, because the community vibe is real. Log lete hain, ek baar try karo toh khud samajh aayega (People say, try once and you'll get it).
