1-Year UG Diploma in Travel, Tourism & Airport Handling
Core Academics
- Duration: 1 Year full-time session at Jai Singh Road campus.
- Software Training: Hands-on instruction in CRS software (Amadeus/Galileo) for ticketing.
- Curriculum: Travel Agency Management, Airport Handling, and Tourism Business principles.
Practical Essentials
- Uniform Kit: Includes blazer, trousers/skirt, shirt, and tie/scarf (synthetic blend).
- Materials: Textbooks and internal lecture notes included.
- Grooming: Basic workshops on personal presentation and English fluency.
Career Support
- Placement: Assistance with interview lineups for domestic airlines and travel agencies.
- Exposure: Local airport or travel agency industrial visits.
1-Year Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management
Practical Training
- Kitchen Classes: Cost of raw materials (vegetables, meats, dairy) for commercial recipe learning is included.
- Service Training: Mock restaurant setups for table setting and serving etiquette.
- Theory: Front Office Management and Housekeeping modules.
Student Gear
- Uniforms: Two sets provided (Kitchen Kit with Chef Coat/Apron and Service Kit with Vest/Bowtie).

- Water Survival: Access to YMCA swimming pool for mandatory airline swim tests.

Grooming & Presentation
- Workshops: Professional makeup application, hair styling, and skin care for inflight conditions.
- Uniform: Specific aviation-style formal uniform provided for classes.
Recruitment Prep
- Simulations: Intensive mock interviews, group discussions, and BMI checks.

- Hotel & Hospitality: One-year and advanced (1.5 year) diplomas at IHMCT.

Namaste dilli! We’re YMCA - been kicking around since 1927, part of this city’s heartbeat. Our thing? Building a big, messy, happy family.
