About Additional Routines

You don't need to be a trained dancer to jump into these routines. My focus is always on movement and keeping the energy high, not on memorizing complex steps. I break everything down so you can just follow along, sweat it out, and have a blast with the gang.

My philosophy is simple: fitness should be masti, not punishment. Whether you are catching one of our high-energy Bhangra fusion classes or sweating it out during a Bollywood cardio session, the goal is to leave the gym feeling lighter and happier than when you walked in.

Every routine I build is designed for all skill levels. We do not do complicated footwork that leaves you feeling frustrated. Instead, we focus on consistent movement, rhythm, and keeping your heart rate up with fun, popular music that makes you want to move.

Where We Move

I host these sessions across several gyms in Delhi NCR, including Gold's Gym in Dwarka and One Million in Vikaspuri. My squads in Janakpuri, Sector 13, and Sector 17 are always welcoming new faces.
