About Folk & Regional Dance Fitness
Instead of standard gym moves, we focus on cultural rhythms like Haryanvi, Bhojpuri, and Tollywood-inspired beats to get your heart rate up. You will learn the basics of each regional step in a simple, follow-along format that keeps the energy high without needing any prior dance training.
Fitness should be fun, and incorporating regional dance styles is the best way to keep things fresh. In my classes, we move past generic cardio and tap into the energy of different Indian states. Whether it is a fast-paced Haryanvi track or a rhythmic Bhojpuri beat, each session is designed to burn calories while you learn authentic movements.
My sessions are structured to be inclusive. You do not need to be a dancer to join. I break down the choreography step-by-step so you can focus on the music and the movement rather than stressing about complex footwork. We focus on the masti or fun aspect, ensuring that by the time the song ends, you have worked up a sweat without realizing how much work you have put in.
We hold these classes at various locations across Dwarka and Janakpuri, including Gold's Gym and One Million.
