About The Art of the Blouse
We don't follow a set size chart. Each blouse starts with a conversation about your story—whether it’s specific dates or symbols you want woven into the embroidery. We include two rounds of fittings, including a mock-fit session, ensuring that heavy Zardozi or Aari work sits perfectly against your skin without weighing you down.
The Craft Behind the Blouse
When we create a bridal blouse, we view it as the centerpiece of your outfit, not an afterthought. Our process focuses on structural integrity and hand-embroidery precision. We use premium raw silk or velvet as our base, reinforced with cotton lining and butter crepe inner layers, including built-in padded cups for support.
Embroidery & Technique
We specialize in traditional Zardozi gold thread work, Aari work, and French knots. For our heavy embroidery packages, we provide full fabric coverage, including 3D appliqué and figure motifs like palkis or elephants. Every stitch is placed by hand, ensuring that the heavy beadwork and sequins are anchored securely.
Why Fit Matters
A heavy blouse that doesn't fit is impossible to wear for a long wedding ceremony. That is why we mandate two rounds of trials. During the mock-fit session, we test the movement of the sleeve and the placement of the back neckline. We finish every garment with high-grade invisible zippers or heavy-duty hooks and handmade bridal tassels that match the embroidery of your sleeve.
Our Approach
We are based in Bangalore, but we work with clients globally. We don't just supply a garment; we provide a partnership to ensure your look is ready for the day. Whether you want a deep, traditional crimson look with dense gold work or a modern, minimal aesthetic, we bring the same attention to the thread count and structure.
Needle Eye
I started Needle Eye to challenge the idea that bridal wear has to follow a set playbook. Every blouse I design is meant to be a legacy piece, handcrafted to represent who you are. This isn't just clothing; it is a partnership between your vision and my studio's craft.
