Being a referee is not just about blowing the whistle; it is about reading the game's pulse. Having played at the national level, I know exactly when a player is pushing their limit and when to step in to keep the match fair. Whether it is a corporate final or a school tournament, I bring that player’s instinct to every call I make, ensuring the spirit of the game stays high.
