About this collection

It is easy to look at the photos and see the glory, but what you don't see is the conditioning. When I play or coach for the KSP team or in state championships, we focus on the foundation—the simple, repetitive drills that actually win matches. If you want to build a team that can perform under pressure, you need to start with the same grit that got us these trophies.

Winning a state-level championship isn't about one lucky shot. Whether we are at the Karnataka State Police (KSP) Meet or the International Bunts Championship, it comes down to the basics. My journey as a player and coach has taught me that the difference between a runners-up medal and the trophy is often mental discipline.

My Approach to Winning

  • The Foundation: We prioritize conditioning. Whether it's the 40+ Legends Trophy or a high-pressure corporate league, if your fitness is not there, your strategy fails.
  • The 'Naveen Anna' Approach: My coaching style is hands-on. I do not sugarcoat mistakes. If you are sloppy on court, I will correct you, because I want you to win. We focus on game intelligence—knowing when to switch, how to read the setter, and maintaining the josh throughout the match.
  • Technical Expertise: Having played as a competitive setter and blocker, I pass that technical knowledge down to my students. It is about understanding the game flow, not just hitting the ball.

If you are looking to prepare a team for a tournament, or if you are an individual wanting to compete at a higher level, reach out. We will not just train; we will prepare to compete.

I am Naveen, or as my students call me, 'Naveen anna.' I do not just coach from the sidelines; I am still on the court, still competing, and still learning every day. My method is strict because I know exactly what it takes to bring home a trophy.
