Our leadership team brings together decades of experience, from national-level basketball courts to international football coaching grounds, ensuring that every detail—from refereeing fairness to turf quality—is handled by someone who understands the game inside out.
Success in sports management comes from knowing the difference between a standard game and an exceptional athletic experience. At D5 Sports, we don't just outsource management; we bring our own expertise to every event we host.
Our team is led by Adiba Mohsin, who combines over a decade of industry experience with a drive for creating inclusive opportunities in cricket and football. Alongside her, Director Vivek Easwaran brings an international perspective to our operations. With an AFC B Coaching License and a Masters in High Performance Football from Barcelona, Vivek ensures our coaching methodologies and player development programs are grounded in modern, competitive standards.
Operations are the backbone of any league, and that falls under the guidance of Namrata Avasthi. A former national-level basketball player, Namrata understands the intensity required for competitive youth and corporate events. Her transition from the court to the boardroom means our events—whether they are Junior Fives Leagues or corporate tournaments—are structured, fair, and player-focused.
We don't just hire external agencies to run our pitches. We train our own staff, manage our own referees, and oversee our own logistics to ensure the 'D5 standard' remains consistent, whether we are managing a local corporate football league in Sarjapur or a large-scale golf tournament.
