About Dance Productions
Bringing stories to life through dance is what we do, and honestly, it’s never just about the steps or the music for us. Each performance is our own sadhana, where the story, the emotions, and the energy all come together on stage. If you want a night where the audience actually feels the rasa (emotion) and not just watches, that’s what we aim for.
What Makes Our Shows Special
- Our productions are mythological dance stories, designed as full-fledged thematic stage performances.
- "KRISHNA" is a crowd favorite - all about joy, devotion, and those playful leelas you grew up hearing from your ajji (grandma).
- "Shrishti Stithi Laya" dives into the cosmic cycle with Goddess Parvathi at the center—people often tell us it really feels like Kailasa itself is right there.
- "Nava Durga" brings all nine forms of Durga to life, especially loved during festival time.
Behind the Scenes
- I’m hands-on with direction and choreography, closely working with my senior dancers.
- For bigger shows, we bring in a live orchestra. The music and vocals make a huge difference - you’ll know when you hear it.
- Costumes and makeup? We go all out, collaborating with folks who really get the vibe and tradition.
- We use professional lighting and sound, so the stage actually feels magical.
Where We Perform
We’re Bangalore-based but travel all over, from temples and cultural festivals to private events and big corporate dos. We handle everything—concept, choreography, dancers—so you don’t have to juggle a thing. If you’re looking for Indian classical dance productions that genuinely move people, that’s our thing.

My Story
Hey, I’m Nayana and Natesha Nrithyalaya is my second home. Started this school in 2016 just wanting to teach dance from the heart, not just the feet. Now, we’re like a big family with 400+ students, tiny tots to teens, all growing together. Our annual day, Nrithya Milanam, and big productions like Krishna keep us buzzing. Taking our Natya Seva to places like Udupi and Chidambaram temples? That’s pure magic. Couldn’t do it without our crazy hardworking kids and the art-loving folks around us.
