At Barbellhouse, dance cardio isn't an afterthought. Since we focus heavily on Olympic weightlifting and strength training, these sessions serve a dual purpose. What to Expect
We don't do mirrors or fancy studio vibes. This is a 5,000 sq. ft. non-AC warehouse floor. You will be moving on rubber tiles and artificial turf, surrounded by the energy of athletes training for strength. The music is loud, the energy is high, and the focus is on constant movement rather than getting the steps right.
- No Choreography Stress: If you can move, you can do this. We focus on aerobic intensity, not dance technique.
- Active Recovery: If you lift heavy, these sessions are perfect for loosening up tight muscles and keeping your joints healthy.
