These are not your standard pickles. Our Suriani Prawn and Buff pickles carry the fiery, unapologetic spirit of Syrian Christian kitchens. We take fresh, manually cleaned prawns or slow-roasted buffalo meat and cook them in a base of Kashmiri chili, garlic, and vinegar. The result is a robust, semi-dry texture that pairs perfectly with porotta, rice, or a humble bowl of moru curry.
