Explosive movement isn't a gift; it's built. We use science-backed drills to improve your acceleration, reaction time, and change-of-direction mechanics for the field.

Speed work with the boys. This session includes dynamic warm-ups and acceleration drills on the track, honing the explosive first step that is critical for both raiders and defenders.

Ramping up the heat before our home leg. This outdoor session focuses on plyometrics and agility, with athletes performing hurdle jumps and quick-feet drills to sharpen their movements.

Explosive power in action. Athletes perform synchronized hurdle jumps during a pre-match warm-up, activating their nervous systems and preparing their bodies for high-intensity movements.

Multidirectional plyometrics are a great way to improve game-specific agility. These drills help football players move more efficiently on the field, improving speed, change of direction, and dynamic postural control.

Resisted sprints are a powerful tool for improving acceleration. Here, an athlete works against band resistance, forcing greater power output with each step to build sport-specific speed.

Preparation is key. This outdoor agility circuit includes ring drills and hurdle work, designed to improve footwork, coordination, and the ability to change direction quickly.
