The Science of Performance
My coaching is not based on guesswork. It is a system built on evidence, data, and continuous learning to make sports like Kabaddi truly professional. I use research and technology, from GPS tracking to athlete monitoring systems, to make informed decisions that drive results.
Building Beasts: Strength & Power
We train for dominance, not just maintenance. My programming focuses on building explosive power and functional strength using methods like French Contrast and force-velocity training. This is where we forge rock-solid athletes who command the field.
Injury Reduction & Body Armouring
The best ability is availability. My programs are built on an injury reduction architecture, focusing on mobility, reactive core stability, and eccentric strength to build resilient bodies. We train to keep athletes on the field, not on the bench.
Speed, Agility & Quickness
In sports like Kabaddi, quickness is king. We develop multi-directional speed and explosive acceleration through targeted drills. This includes short sprints, resisted sprints, and various plyometric jumps to improve triple extension and reaction time.
Forging Team Cohesion
A team that trusts each other, fights for each other. We build morale and break the ice with fun, competitive games and challenges. Sometimes, the challenge is just to laugh together and strengthen our bond.
Coaching Across Sports
The principles of high performance are universal. I apply my science-backed training systems to elite athletes across various sports, including professional cricket, football, wrestling, and gymnastics.
Developing Future Champions
I believe in building athletes from the ground up. My work with young gymnasts and other aspiring athletes focuses on instilling solid foundations, a professional mindset, and a strong work ethic from an early age.
