About Spreading Ancient Wisdom

My lectures at places like ITM Kharghar and the Saraswat Bank head office are not about abstract theory. I focus on showing how daily routines, like Dinacharya and Ritucharya, can prevent the modern lifestyle diseases that bring people to my clinic in the first place. Whether I am speaking to students about Ayurvedic entrepreneurship or guiding retiring employees on managing health without constant pills, my goal is to help you understand the gas stove in your own body before the milk boils over.
