- Agnikarma (Heat Therapy): Application of a heated metal rod (Shalaka) to specific pain points for conditions like heel spurs or sciatica.
- OR Viddhakarma (Needling): Insertion of fine sterile needles at 'Marma' points to release trapped air or blood for frozen shoulder/stiffness.
- Scope: Treatment covers one major joint or pain area per sitting.
Materials & Care
- Sterilization: Spirit cleaning and use of new, disposable needles (for Viddhakarma).
- Post-Care: Application of soothing herbal paste or Aloe Vera immediately after the procedure.
Execution
- Provider: Performed by Dr. Ronak or a senior assistant.
- Duration: Quick 10-15 minute procedural time.
Nadi Pariksha & Ayurvedic Consultation
Diagnosis
- Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Reading): 5-10 minute specialized manual diagnosis to determine Vata, Pitta, and Kapha imbalances.
- Physical Exam: Observation of tongue, eyes, and nails to detect toxicity signs.
- History: Review of past medical reports and chronic issues.
Deliverables
- Root Cause Analysis: Explanation of the ailment based on Ayurvedic principles.
- Diet Chart: Customized 'Pathya' (Do's) and 'Apathya' (Don'ts) list focusing on vegetarian staples.
- Prescription: Written plan for proprietary syrups, oils, or classical herbal formulations (medicines purchased separately).

Targeted Panchakarma Therapy (Nasya / Basti / Head Massage)

- Nasya: Facial massage with steam followed by medicated oil drops in nostrils (for migraines/stress).
- Janu/Kati Basti: Pooling of warm herbal oil over the knee or lower back using a dough ring.
- Shiro Abhyanga: Intensive Ayurvedic head massage using specific medicated oils.
Materials
- Oils: Use of authentic medicated oils (e.g., Kumkumadi, Mahanarayan) appropriate for the condition.
- Equipment: Use of steam box or local steam machine where applicable.

Raktamokshan (Medicinal Leech Therapy)
Application
- The Leeches: Application of 2 to 4 medicinal leeches on the affected area (e.g., scalp patch or skin lesion).
- Duration: Supervision for 30-45 minutes while leeches feed on impure blood.
- Detachment: Natural removal using turmeric or salt.
Post-Therapy Care
- Hemostasis: Management of post-procedure bleeding (common due to leech enzymes) using herbal powders.
