About A Glimpse of Our Full Range
Whether you want your mango pickle extra spicy or your murabba with jaggery instead of sugar, I make it happen. Since I run this as a small, home-based kitchen, I only use kachi ghani mustard oil and organic spices to get that perfect, traditional taste that you just don't get in store-bought jars.
When you open a jar from my kitchen, you are getting exactly what I feed my own family. I believe that good food takes time, so I do not use any shortcuts like vinegar or chemical preservatives to speed up the process.
Why my pickles taste different
- No Vinegar: Preservation is entirely natural, using high-quality salt, sun-drying techniques, and high fruit-to-syrup ratios for murabbas.
- Customisable Spice: If you find most market pickles too spicy or not spicy enough, tell me. I can adjust the green chilli or red chilli levels before I pack your jar.
- Traditional Oil: I exclusively use kachi ghani sarso tel (cold-pressed mustard oil). It gives that sharp, pungent kick that is essential for a real North Indian achar.
My range
I offer a variety that reflects seasonal produce. You will find classic mango, mixed vegetable, and kamal kakdi pickles, alongside sweet treats like amla candy and murabbas. Because I make everything in small batches, things do run out. If you have a specific craving or need a specific sugar base like mishri or jaggery for your preserve, just message me so I can prepare a batch fresh for you.
