About Featured
When you open a jar of our pickles or roasted makhana, you won't find any vinegar or artificial preservatives. We stick to traditional techniques, using kachi ghani sarso oil and hand-ground spices just like Nani did. Everything is prepared in small batches, so if you have a specific preference, like low oil or extra spicy, just let me know and I will customize your order before it gets packed.
Why Our Kitchen is Different
It is not just a business for me, it is a legacy. Every recipe comes from my Nani. We do not use the shortcuts that big factories rely on. There are no preservatives, no chemical additives, and no vinegar. Just pure, honest food made with patience.
How We Prepare Your Order
- Pickles: We use fresh produce, quality kachi ghani mustard oil, and organic spices. Whether it is our signature Mango pickle or the crowd-favorite Green Chilli, the process remains consistent.
- Healthy Snacks: Our Makhana is never fried. We slow-roast it in a touch of healthy fat, available in Salted, Mint, or Masala flavors.
- Namak Pare: These are hand-cut and fried in fresh, single-use vegetable oil to ensure a perfect, non-greasy crunch.
Customisation Matters
Every kitchen has different needs. I personally pack each order myself. If you want a mix of your favorite pickles or need specific spice levels, please reach out to me directly. We ship these traditional flavors across India from our base in Greater Noida.
