Do you know why we use cover blocks in construction? This video explains how these small blocks ensure a uniform thickness of concrete cover over the steel bars in slabs, columns, and footings, which is crucial for the building's strength.
A common problem on terraces is improper water slope. Our solution is to create a 10mm deep channel around the parapet wall, ensuring all water flows directly towards the drain point. It's a small tip that prevents major issues.
A small tip can save you from a big loss. Never apply tape directly to sanitary fixtures during construction, as it can peel off the color. Always use a layer of polythene for protection first.
