Justice should not depend on one's ability to pay. I dedicate a significant part of my practice to pro bono representation and legal aid, ensuring every person has the right to fearless, quality advocacy.

It is the duty of every lawyer to stand for the poor and the vulnerable. On any given day, you will find that two or three of my six listed cases are pro bono matters, a commitment I hold as my 'farz' or duty.

People ask how I find time for pro bono work alongside a busy practice. You always find time for what you are passionate about. I consider my work for the bar and for those in need to be the most important briefs of my life.

Participating in a Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee event. Promoting legal aid is essential for a fair justice system.

Deep in discussion at a legal aid seminar. Every case, whether paid or pro bono, receives the same meticulous attention to detail and fearless representation.

Sharing a moment with colleagues during a panel discussion on legal aid. These conversations are vital to improving access to justice for everyone.

Connecting with fellow advocates dedicated to the cause of legal aid. Building a strong network of support is key to serving the community effectively.

About A Commitment to Justice for All

When I take a pro bono case, it is not a secondary matter. My team and I put the exact same hours, research, and strategy into a file for a client who cannot pay as we do for those who can. Justice is not a commodity, and I believe the methodology must remain identical: a meticulous vetting of the FIR, deep-dive research into High Court precedents, and a fearless stance in the courtroom.
