Three decades of practice at the Delhi High Court have taught me that every case requires a fresh perspective. These are the principles that ground my approach to the law.

Standing before the statue of Mahatma Gandhi, a reminder that in law, as in life, the means must always justify the end. This is the core of my ethical approach to criminal defense.

From a struggling first-generation lawyer to a senior advocate, my journey has taught me that humility and hard work are the cornerstones of this profession.

Reflecting on the state of the legal profession. I believe we must constantly strive to uphold its dignity and ensure a level playing field for the next generation of lawyers.

A moment of humor in my library. The amount of reading and research required for every single case never ceases, a discipline I wish I had discovered much earlier in life.

A black and white portrait capturing a moment of thought. My decision to be more active in the bar association comes from a deep-seated belief that we must protect the values of our institution for it to grow.

About My Guiding Principles

I do not believe in recycling old defense strategies. When we meet in my chambers, we look at your FIR and charge-sheet with fresh eyes to identify specific loopholes and statutory contradictions. Whether we are preparing for a bail hearing or final arguments, my focus remains on a fearless, ethical defense that respects the dignity of the court.
