Dekhiye, law is a tool for real change, not just paperwork. I believe in complete transparency and fighting for what is right, rather than just chasing fees. Here is my approach to legal practice.

The best part of being an advocate is bringing relief and happiness to a family. The worst is seeing lawyers give false hope. I believe transparency with clients and strong ethics are what make a great advocate.

My advice to young lawyers is to prioritize justice over fees. Taking on pro bono cases for the underprivileged not only helps society but also brings blessings that are more valuable than money.

If I were the Law Minister, my focus would be on improving court infrastructure and urging advocates to reject caste-based politics in bar elections. Our black coat is our only caste and religion.

I consider advocacy to be one of the toughest jobs. The work pressure is immense because entire lives and families are attached to the outcome of a case. It's a responsibility I take very seriously.

About My Professional Philosophy

Many people believe that legal battles are about grand speeches, but for me, it starts with an honest assessment. Before we ever file a single document, I sit with you for a 45 to 60 minute strategy session to review your FIRs, notices, and evidence. My only goal is to tell you exactly where you stand, what the risks are under BNS and IPC statutes, and whether your case has merit. I provide a roadmap with zero false hopes, just the raw legal reality so you can make an informed decision.

Why I Practice This Way

When you wear the black coat, you are taking on the responsibility for someone's life and their family's future. I have seen too many lawyers give false promises just to secure a client. That is not how I work. My practice is built on three pillars:

  • Transparency: You will deal directly with me, not a junior associate. If a case is weak, I will tell you it is weak. I do not believe in stringing clients along just to bill hours.
  • Pro Bono Commitment: I dedicate time to those who cannot afford representation. I firmly believe that duaayein (blessings) often carry more weight than money in this profession.
  • Practicality: I avoid legalese where possible. Whether we are in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, or a local police station in Gurugram, my focus is on clear, actionable steps that get results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle cases outside of Delhi? Yes, I represent clients in courts across Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi NCR. Justice knows no borders, and neither does my practice.

What if the police refuse to register an FIR? This is a common issue in cyber crime and matrimonial matters. I specialize in drafting 156(3) applications for Magistrate courts to ensure police action is mandated and your grievance is heard.

Can I just consult with you first? Absolutely. The first step is always a strategy session. We map out the trajectory—from bail to trial to appeals—so you know the financial and legal investment required before we begin.
