A Voice in the Legal Community
Sharing knowledge is a responsibility that comes with experience. Here are glimpses of the discourses and seminars where I engage with the legal fraternity to shape our collective growth.

Speaking at a legal conference. I believe sharing insights from decades of practice is a small step, but a giant leap in our collective knowledge.

About A Voice in the Legal Community
Knowledge stagnates if you keep it to yourself. In these panel discussions and seminars at the Delhi High Court and beyond, I focus on bridging the gap between textbook statutes and the messiness of actual courtroom practice. Whether you are a student or a junior advocate, these dialogues are where we dissect strategy, not just theories, to ensure the next generation is ready for the realities of criminal law.
Law is not just about reading case files in isolation. It requires constant engagement with the community. When I participate in discourses regarding criminal and constitutional jurisprudence, I am looking to exchange ideas with judges, fellow seniors, and the bright young minds who will eventually lead the profession. Too often, legal education stays within the confines of a classroom, but the real lessons are found in analyzing why a specific bail plea was rejected or how to handle a witness contradiction in cross-examination. I view these interactive sessions as a way to give back, to help clear the fog for lawyers who are just starting their journey at Tis Hazari or the High Court. If you find a specific topic interesting or want to understand how I approach a particular area of law, my chambers in Jangpura are always open for a conversation. We can discuss the nuance of a case, the ethics of defense, or simply the path ahead in a demanding profession.
