We built Urban Solace to be more than a cafe. It is a space where art, poetry, and genuine connection come first, offering a home for workshops and exhibitions that let you express, reflect, and grow.
A personal tour of the "Poems that Heal" art exhibition by the artist herself. This moving show explored emotional and spiritual healing through a series of paintings and accompanying poems.
We hosted a "Healing with Pen & Paper Therapy" workshop, offering a structured and effective approach to emotional management through writing. It was a safe space for starting a journey of self-care.
As part of World Mental Health Awareness Month, we hosted "Break open the sky!", a sharing circle for marginalized communities, facilitated by the insightful Raju Behera.
Introducing another facilitator for our mental health circle, Nidhra Purrple S E, a counseling psychologist and artist devoted to creating queer, polyamory, and kink-affirmative spaces.
