Yoga with Props: Your Practice Assistants
Props are powerful tools for support and exploration in our practice. We use blocks, straps, walls, and yoga wheels to deepen stretches, build strength safely, and make challenging poses more accessible for every body.

My practice extends beyond the mat to build real, functional strength for everyday life. This includes core stability drills, mobility work for athletes, and using gym equipment to complement yoga and enhance overall fitness.
