The Art of Chocolate Making: Handcrafted Belgian Delights
Step inside our Gurugram workshop, where premium Belgian couverture chocolate meets genuine creativity. We don't believe in shortcuts—every piece is hand-poured, molded, and finished with the attention to detail that only true chocolate art requires.
I am incredibly proud of this project, the largest chocolate painting our team has ever created. This 20 by 8 foot mural of a Parisian scene was made entirely of chocolate over 320 hours by a team of five artists.
Here is a look at my process. I pour liquid couverture chocolate into molds to create our signature owl figures, ensuring each one is perfectly formed before adding the final touches by hand.
About this collection
Our 3D structures and intricate centerpieces are delicate, hand-assembled works of art. To ensure they reach you perfectly intact, we do not ship these fragile items. Instead, we arrange for you to pick them up directly from our Sector 37 workshop, where you can see exactly how your piece was crafted.
Making chocolate is about more than just melting and pouring. In our Gurugram studio, we treat the process like an art form. We work exclusively with high-quality Belgian couverture—never using artificial colours or shortcuts.
When you see our signature owl figures or custom animal models, you are seeing the result of precise temperature control and hours of hand-painting using coloured cocoa butter. Our 3D structures, like the Christmas huts or custom architectural requests, are built using chocolate 'cement'—solid slabs bonded together to create sturdy, edible scenes that stand up on their own.
We know that some of these pieces are meant to be the centrepiece of a wedding, Diwali party, or a corporate event. Because we want you to have the same experience we do in the workshop, we are transparent about the fragility of these items. If you are ordering a smaller item like a chocolate cigar or a box of truffles, we handle the packaging with care. However, for the larger 3D structures, factory pickup is the only way to guarantee the piece arrives without a scratch.
We are proud of our standards, from the safety awards on our wall to the tree plantation drives we run, but ultimately, our work speaks for itself on the table.
Windsor Chocolatier
Chocolate is family for us, not just a business. Whether we are spending hundreds of hours on a massive chocolate mural or carefully setting a single truffle, we treat every piece as a personal project from our workshop to yours.
