About Easter & Springtime Treats
Because these intricate chocolate sculptures are hand-molded from delicate, pure couverture, they are naturally fragile. I strongly recommend picking them up directly from my workshop in Sector 37, Gurugram, to ensure they reach you in the perfect condition I intended.
My approach to these spring figures goes beyond simple molding. I use pure Belgian couverture because it offers a clean snap and a smooth melt that compound or artificial alternatives simply cannot replicate. Each figure, whether it is a bunny, a hen, or a quirky tortoise, receives hand-painted detailing using colored cocoa butter. This process requires patience, as I need to layer the colors carefully within the mold before pouring the base chocolate.
I treat my workshop as an open studio where the focus remains on quality over mass production. When you order a piece from this collection, you are getting a fresh product that has been tempered and set to professional standards. These are not warehouse items that have been sitting on a shelf. Since these are fragile, hollow-shell constructions, they require careful handling during transport. This is why I prefer having a conversation with you about your pickup plans when you place an order. It ensures that the chocolate you see in these photos is exactly what you receive for your celebration.
