Weekend & Special Indulgent Meals
Sometimes you just need that special, comforting meal that feels like home. I prepare these weekend treats fresh, with the same care and clean ingredients I use for my daily kitchen.
On popular demand, I made Chole Bhature today. I make sure the bhature are fluffy and cooked in fresh, less oil. You can see me here talking about how I prepare them fresh for every order.
A plate of my homemade Chole Bhature. The bhature are soft and fluffy, served with a side of spicy and tangy black chole, just the way it should be.
A classic weekend breakfast of Aloo Poori. The pooris are puffed up and golden, served with a simple and flavorful potato curry.
A healthy twist on a classic, these are Palak Pooris served with Aloo Sabzi. The spinach adds nutrition and a beautiful color to the pooris.
A bowl of my homestyle Aloo Sabzi, the perfect accompaniment for pooris or rotis. It's a simple potato curry cooked in a light tomato-based gravy.
A close-up of my rich and creamy Dal Makhni. I slow-cook it for hours to develop that deep, smoky flavor that everyone loves.
A bowl of my special Shahi Paneer, garnished with fresh cream and coriander. The paneer is cooked in a rich and creamy gravy, fit for a king.
A collage showing bowls of my creamy Dal Makhni and rich Kadai Paneer. These are two of my most popular dishes for party orders and weekend meals.
A bowl of simple and healthy Aloo Methi sabzi. The combination of potatoes and fresh fenugreek leaves is a winter favorite in my kitchen.
Bowls of freshly made Aloo Gobhi sabzi, ready to be packed for orders. It's a simple, everyday dish that I cook with a lot of care.
About Weekend & Special Dishes
When I make weekend specials like Chole Bhature or Aloo Poori, I treat them just like my daily meals—using fresh oil and keeping the spices balanced. I know you crave these treats, but I also know you want to avoid that heavy, oily feeling that comes with restaurant food.
My kitchen is not a restaurant, so you will never find reused oil or hidden preservatives in my food. Whether it is a batch of soft, fluffy bhature, my signature Palak Poori, or a slow-cooked Dal Makhni, I prepare everything specifically for your order.
I understand that weekend specials often mean 'junk food' for many of you. My approach is different. I want you to enjoy your favorites like Kadhai Paneer or Aloo Methi without compromising your health.
Here is how I make my special dishes stand out:
- No Reused Oil: I use fresh oil for every batch of pooris or bhature. You can taste the difference.
- Custom Spice Levels: Even for rich dishes like Shahi Paneer, tell me if you want it low-spice or less cream. I will make it just the way you like it.
- Seasonal Ingredients: My Aloo Methi or other vegetable-based specials depend on what is fresh in the market.
I deliver across West Delhi, and since everything is made to order, please let me know your requirements in advance. If you have a craving for something specific that is not on the daily menu, just message me and we can plan it together.
