When I make these diet meals, I do not just swap white rice for brown. I personally ensure the paneer bhurji or tofu preparation uses very little oil and just enough spices so it stays easy on your stomach, which is exactly what you need if you are eating this for lunch every single day.

Many of you tell me that eating outside daily makes you feel heavy or lethargic. That is exactly why I started focusing on these lighter, diet-friendly options. Whether you are a student in a PG or a professional looking for a healthy office lunch, my focus is always on 'saaf-suthra' (clean) food.

I do not use heavy masalas. Instead, I use fresh seasonal vegetables, Moong dal that is easy to digest, and high-quality brown rice. It is all about balance. If you have specific medical or fitness goals, just tell me. Need tofu instead of paneer? Want the sabzi boiled instead of sautéed? Or perhaps you need the oil kept to an absolute minimum for health reasons? I handle all these requests daily.
