Interactive Storytelling Sessions for Curious Kids

Forget sitting still and listening. My sessions are full of music, movement, and crazy tales where you and your munchkins get to be the stars of the story.

This quote by Isadora Duncan is the heart of my philosophy. I believe true understanding comes from doing, which is why every workshop is a hands-on, experiential learning adventure.

About this collection

These are not drop-off sessions where you leave your child to be entertained. I need you in the mix. Whether we are acting out a Hungarian folktale or doing a musical movement, I need parents on the floor, singing, dancing, and getting a little silly. If you are ready to actually play alongside your little one, you will fit right in.

When I say interactive, I mean it. We use tools like the Japanese Kamishibai box to pull kids into the narrative, but that is just the start. You will see handmade puppets, hear upbeat backing tracks, and likely end up dancing around the room. My workshops are designed to be a full, multi-sensory experience that connects you with your child through the magic of a good story.

Why the 'No Drop-Off' Rule?

I believe that the best learning happens when it is a shared memory. When you participate, you are showing your child that imagination and play are valuable, even for adults. It also helps shy kids feel more comfortable diving into the action when they see their parents leading the charge.

What We Actually Do

  • Musical Storytelling: We use rhythm and melody to help with phonics and visualization. It is loud, it is fun, and it is usually very chaotic in the best way possible.
  • Themed Art Projects: For our themed sessions, we stick around after the story to create something you can take home. We provide all the paints, glue, and paper—you just bring the mess.
  • Age-Appropriate Play: I split my sessions to cater to different developmental stages. The 3-5 age group focuses on sensory engagement and simple narratives, while the 6-9 group gets into more complex plots and guided art creation.

We rotate venues across Bengaluru, usually sticking to creative studios that allow us to move freely on floor mats. If you are looking for a weekend activity that gets you off the couch and into a story, come say Kiithe! Kiithe!
