Interactive Storytelling Workshops for Families
We bring stories to life with music, movement, and our trusty Kamishibai box. Come see why parents and kids love these messy, loud, and magical hours together.

About this collection
These sessions are strictly for parents and children to do together, not a drop-off activity. You will be on the floor, singing, acting, and crafting right alongside your little one, which is exactly where the magic happens and memories are built.
Our approach is simple. We believe stories are meant to be experienced, not just heard. When you join one of our workshops in Bengaluru, you aren't sitting back on a chair watching your child play. You are part of the cast.
We mix traditional techniques like Japanese Kamishibai (paper theatre) with modern, rhythmic movement and sing-alongs. Whether we are diving into Hungarian folk tales, exploring space, or acting out nautical adventures, the goal is to get your hands messy and your imagination working.
What to Expect
- Active Participation: This is a shared space. Parents provide the support, while the kids provide the chaotic energy. Expect to dance, move, and create art as a team.
- Small Batches: We keep groups between 10-15 children to ensure everyone gets attention and the room doesn't get too overwhelming.
- Skill Building: Beneath the fun, we are working on phonics through percussion, building vocabulary, and encouraging creative thinking.
We typically host these on weekends at various partner studios across the city. Come prepared to leave your shoes at the door and get fully involved in the storytelling journey.
Moxie & Hopper
We are Moxie & Hopper, and we are obsessed with stories. We believe that if you want to understand the magic of a tale, you have to jump into it yourself, which is why we build our workshops for both kids and parents to enjoy together.
