From the mist-covered peaks of Japan to the tranquil, palm-lined backwaters of Kerala, I aim to freeze those moments of stillness in my paintings.

How I Approach Your Landscape

Every piece is a process. I often start with the background to set the atmosphere, then layer in the light, reflections, and tiny details like rustling leaves or glowing windows.

• Acrylics on Canvas: For scenes that need depth and vibrant, long-lasting color, I use heavy-body acrylics. These are varnished to protect against dust and UV rays.
• Gouache on Paper: If you love that soft, vintage, or Ghibli-inspired aesthetic, gouache on 300 GSM cotton paper is often the best choice.
• Customization: You don't have to pick a famous location. If you have a photo from a recent trip, a childhood memory, or just a place you dream of visiting, send me the reference. We can chat about the color palette and the emotion you want the painting to hold, and I will build that scene for you.
