About Magical & Fantasy Realms
When we work on a piece together, I start with a simple conversation about the vibe, what colors make you feel calm, or what specific fantasy world you have been dreaming of. I mostly paint these on stretched canvas or high-quality cotton paper, and I will send you a couple of progress updates so you can see your own little world coming together.
My process is deeply rooted in finding peace through color and texture. For these fantasy realms, I lean heavily into gouache for those rich, matte, storybook finishes, or acrylics when I need that glossy, deep-layered look to make a forest or waterfall feel truly alive.
I love capturing elements like Ghibli-style hills, bioluminescent-inspired forests, or calm koi ponds that offer a quiet moment of reflection. If you have a specific fantasy, a memory, or a scene from a dream that you want to hold onto, I would be happy to translate that onto canvas.
I offer a few different sizes to fit your space, from smaller 4x4 inch canvases that sit perfectly on a desk to larger 16x20 inch gallery-wrapped pieces that can anchor a wall in your room. If you choose an original painting, I make sure it is finished with professional-grade varnish to keep the colors vibrant and protected from the elements.
