My Story

Hey, I'm Monalisa. My world is full of toys on the floor, endless negotiations with my toddler, and yes, fitness! After my daughter, I was stuck at 75kg, feeling lost and tired. It took a lot to get back to myself, but I did it—slowly, with messy hair and zero glam. My parents are still fit in their 60s, and I want that for me too. I help other moms find their strength, minus all that snapback drama. Just real, messy, happy mom life.
