Retail Experiences: The Gulmohar Lane Flagship Store

For the furniture brand Gulmohar Lane, I designed a 4,000 sq. ft. flagship store in Mumbai's historic Kamala Mills. The concept was to move beyond a traditional showroom and create an immersive space that feels like a beautifully curated home. The design leverages the site's industrial character and skylights, organizing the floor plan into distinct living, dining, and bedroom zones to help customers envision the furniture in their own lives.
