A look at our defining projects, where human-centric design meets functional luxury. From adaptable office environments to artfully designed homes, this is where our vision comes to life.

This is the hero item. A personal tour of a versatile collaboration zone I designed. It showcases how a space can adapt to its users, with movable partitions, a distinctive metal portal, and a curved ceiling with ambient light that creates a space within a space.

This is a design concept for a vibrant breakout area in a large coworking project. The goal was to create an inviting, energetic space using plush, colorful seating and abundant greenery, making it the perfect spot for both creative brainstorming and relaxed conversation.

A view of the Thalia Technologies office, where I kept the central area open and filled with natural light. By integrating lush greenery into the storage units and using semi-transparent partitions, the workspace feels both connected and serene.

A rendering for the Gulmohar Lane flagship store, designed to feel like a cozy living room. The design uses warm, layered lighting and comfortable, elegant furniture to create an immersive retail experience where customers feel instantly at home.

Here, a flexible collaboration pod at the Thalia office is being used for quiet focus. I design these nooks to give people a choice in how they work, providing a peaceful escape within a bustling open-plan environment.

I was incredibly honored to receive the 'India's Best Design Project 2024' award for our Evelyn penthouse project. This recognition is a testament to my team's dedication to pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional quality in every detail.

A portrait of me in the living area of our award-winning Evelyn project. My design philosophy is about creating a harmonious balance between modern luxury and personal comfort, a principle embodied in this light-filled, artfully curated space.

The design process is rarely glamorous, but it is where the magic begins. This behind-the-scenes shot from a retail site shows the raw potential of a space, with the classic checkerboard flooring laid and the custom shelving units beginning to take shape.

About Featured

We believe a space should breathe. Whether it is an open-plan office or a private penthouse, our approach remains the same: we strip away excess to focus on how you move, work, and live within your walls. Every texture and layout choice is a response to the practical rhythms of your day, ensuring your space supports your life rather than just occupying it.

Our work is defined by a shift from the standard template to the personal. Take our work with Thalia Technologies, where we moved private zones to the perimeter to keep the office heart open and light-filled, ensuring the layout serves the team rather than dictating their movement. For the Gulmohar Lane flagship store, we bypassed the typical showroom model. Instead, we designed an immersive environment where furniture sits within distinct living, dining, and bedroom zones, allowing customers to visualize these pieces in their own lives. We apply the same discipline to our luxury residential projects, such as the Evelyn penthouse. By balancing modern luxury with intimate comfort, we create homes that feel personal rather than staged. We handle everything from the initial site audit and technical drawings to final material selection, ensuring that the messy reality of construction translates into a polished final result. If you are looking to create a space that balances aesthetic clarity with genuine utility, we are here to help.

I am Meenakshi, and I lead a team of designers who see spaces as sanctuaries rather than just square footage. We are deeply hands-on, preferring to spend our time on site finding solutions to complex structural puzzles rather than hiding behind a desk.
