Designing this 24,000 sq. ft. workspace in Vikhroli taught me that community needs a physical heartbeat. This concept explores how open layouts and defined zones foster genuine connection in a professional setting.

About Future Forward: Concepts for Coworking & Community

The key to this project was moving away from standard, cold office pods. We designed the circular sofa with a central planter as a magnet for conversation, not just another piece of furniture. It is about creating moments where people actually want to stop and talk, rather than just pass by.

This wide view of the 'Chasing Tales' incubator captures the essence of our design: an open, fluid space with clearly defined functional zones. The elevated stage area provides a focal point, while breakout spaces and reading nooks are integrated along the periphery for quieter activities.14

The Unit Trust of India HQ, the first building in Mumbai's BKC district, was designed to project stability and a futuristic outlook. Its form is an amalgamation of historical influences and contemporary adaptations, creating a timeless architectural statement.25
A detail of the UTI Headquarters facade, where solid, rock-like forms meet reflective glass. A metal sculpture appears to float between the panels, representing the balance we sought to achieve between strength and progressiveness.
The facade of the UTI HQ features two cantilevered glass prisms that part to reveal a curved 'malad' crete wall. This interplay of materials and forms creates a dynamic tension, symbolizing an organization that is both solid and transparent.
The atrium of the Unit Trust of India HQ was conceived as both an origin and a culmination point for the entire structure. Paintings by Lakshman Shreshtha mark the east and west, symbolizing the rising and setting sun within the grand, cascading space.

Collaboration is at the heart of our design process and the offices we create. This image shows a typical scene in a modern workspace we designed, with an open layout and large tables that encourage teamwork.7
The entrance to our own studio sets the tone for our client relationships. The text on the glass, "Tell Us Your Story, We'll Design," reflects our core belief in creating personalized and narrative-driven spaces.
This executive cabin is designed to be both a private workspace and a small meeting area. It features an ergonomic chair, an adjustable-height desk, and comfortable visitor chairs, all within a compact and well-lit room.
We create functional "huddle rooms" for private conversations or focused work. This space uses acoustic wall panels for soundproofing, a simple table setup, and a bold yellow carpet to add a touch of energy.

The reception area of the RATNAAFIN office sets a modern, professional tone. A central skylight brings in natural light, illuminating the clean lines, wood-paneled ceiling, and comfortable seating that welcomes visitors and employees.

A view across the Mindsprint office, where we integrated playful wall murals and potted plants among the workstations. This approach adds personality and a touch of nature to the open-plan layout, making the space more engaging for employees.15
This workstation cluster at Mindsprint features low, colored partitions that provide a sense of personal space without sacrificing the collaborative feel of an open office. The design ensures a clean, organized, and visually stimulating work environment.
A bright yellow accent wall at the Scientific Games office features a curated gallery of the company's products. This serves as both a vibrant design element and a constant reminder of the team's creative output and success.
We used biophilic design principles in this workstation area, incorporating lush green planters to separate spaces and improve ambiance. The "Work Hard Stay Humble" wall graphic reinforces company values within the daily workspace.
