About My Journey as an Artist
Art is rarely a solo act for me. Whether I am sketching at the Gurgaon Art Fair or painting live for a cultural event, those moments of connection directly influence how I approach your commission. If you have been looking for an artist who values the story as much as the technique, send me a message and we can talk about bringing some colour into your space.
My path as an artist has been about more than just filling a canvas. It is about the people I meet, the traditions I explore, and the curiosity to try something new. I truly believe that art is a bridge, and that is why I put so much energy into being present in the community. You will often find me participating in events like the Gurgaon Art Fair or the India Art Festival, not just to showcase my work, but to connect with fellow creators and learn from them.
Over the last 12 years, I have painted everything from portraits and divine figures to abstract mixed media pieces. Being featured in the coffee table book, Srijan, was a proud moment, but honestly, it is the smaller, daily interactions that keep me going. When I am painting at a cultural event in Delhi or working on a piece for a home, I am thinking about how that art will exist in your life.
I love working with people who have a vision but might need a little help bringing it to the canvas. Maybe you have a favourite poem or a memory you want to capture, or perhaps you just want a painting that feels like home. I am happy to guide you through the process, share my sketches, and ensure the final result is something we have created together.
