A look at the moments, memories, and milestones that shaped my path as an artist, from my college days to the workshops I host today.

I was so honored to receive the Distinguished Alumna Award from my beloved Maitreyi College. If you told the college version of me this would happen someday, I would have never believed it!

Little Tanvi would be so proud. Being invited back to my alma mater, Ramjas International School, as the Chief Guest of Honor was a surreal and humbling experience.

On stage at my old school's annual prize distribution ceremony. It felt like a full-circle moment, standing on the stage where I once received awards as a student.

Back in my old classroom! It was so nostalgic to sit at these desks again, this time with a whole new perspective on my journey.

A view from the audience as I was being welcomed on stage. Walking back into my school and feeling all the love and memories was truly magical.

Standing next to the event banner with my name on it. A moment of immense gratitude for my school, my teachers, and my family who have always supported me.

Sharing the stage with my mom, one of the most important people in my life. This milestone is as much hers as it is mine.

Here I am, wearing the hats of both host and participant at a special mental health-focused art workshop. It was so enlightening to explore my own creativity in a new way.

The pure joy of creating! I made this little 'jar of feelings' during a collaborative wellness workshop, and it was a wonderful reminder to have fun with the process.

A happy, candid shot of me on Women's Day, ready to start a workshop. My goal is to help everyone paint their life with a rainbow of colors.

About Behind the Brush: My Journey

Walking back into my old school, Ramjas International, to stand on the same stage where I once sat as a student, felt completely surreal. It is these full-circle moments—like receiving the Distinguished Alumna Award from Maitreyi College or simply finding quiet in a messy, paint-covered studio—that anchor my practice. My art is not just about techniques or murals; it is about the stories, the nostalgia, and the shared human connection we build every time we pick up a brush together.
