About this collection

We do not believe in complex, intimidating poses. Instead, we focus on specific micro-movements for your wrists and neck that you can do right in your work clothes, giving your body that much-needed reset during a long day. It is designed to be low-effort yet high-impact for people who are stuck at their desks for hours.

Our chair-based fitness programs were born from a simple observation: most office wellness initiatives fail because they are too demanding. People do not want to change into gym clothes or carry mats to a meeting room.
