A meaningful wedding is a collection of thoughtful choices that reflect who you are. We focus on the tiny elements—from custom garlands to interactive rituals—that turn your day into a personal story.

It's the small touches that make your guests feel truly part of your story. For this ceremony, each guest received a cone of marigold petals, a small bell, and a note inviting them to ring the bell and shower the couple with blessings during the pheras.

The varmala is more than just a garland; it's a symbol of acceptance and unity. I work with floral artists to design custom varmalas, like this one with intricate layers of chrysanthemums and roses, that become a central, beautiful part of your ceremony.

To share their story in a unique way, we created a custom wedding newspaper for the guests. It included their love story, photos, and a special thank you to their families, making for a wonderful keepsake.

A close-up of the moment their hands meet. The bride's intricately beaded gown and the groom's classic tuxedo watch are details that tell the story of their personal style on their wedding day.

A bride and her bridesmaids. This candid moment, filled with love and support, is what it's all about. I make sure the timeline flows smoothly so there's plenty of time for these important memories.

The groom's first look as his bride enters, surrounded by the energy of dhol players and happy guests. We choreograph these key moments to maximize their emotional impact and create a beautiful memory.

A simple yet beautiful detail for guest seating. Each chair was adorned with a marigold garland and a small brass bell, adding a touch of traditional charm and tying into the overall decor theme.

Another interactive guest element. This small card and cone of petals invites guests to participate in the ceremony by ringing a bell after each phera, making them active participants in the couple's union.

A clean and elegant seating arrangement for an outdoor ceremony. Each white chiavari chair was set with a personalized program and a cone of petals, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and informed.

Even the bar setup can be a work of art. This display features a variety of fresh, colorful garnishes for drinks, beautifully arranged to add a touch of sophistication and freshness to the guest experience.

About The Art of Detail

I don't just set up decor; I build engagement. For one ceremony, we placed brass bells on every guest chair with a note asking them to ring them after each phera. It transforms your ceremony into a shared experience where your family isn't just watching, they are active participants in your union.

When we approach wedding design, we move away from standard packages to find the threads that tie your relationship together. It is rarely about the biggest centerpiece. It is about the wedding newspaper handed to guests that tells your actual history, or the bar setup where garnishes are treated as art rather than afterthoughts.

Take the varmala—often seen as a simple garland, we treat it as the focal point of the unity ritual. We work with floral artists to weave meaning into every layer, ensuring it aligns with your outfit and your personality. Similarly, we look at seating not just as crowd management, but as a chance to welcome guests personally. A handwritten note on a chair or a cone of marigold petals waiting for them sets a tone of gratitude before the ceremony even begins.

My team looks for these opportunities to inject personality into the event flow. Whether it is choreographing the dhol entrance to match your energy or selecting specific floral scents to ground the atmosphere, these decisions ensure that your wedding feels less like a production and more like an extension of your own living room. We manage the logistics so you can focus on the person standing across from you, rather than the schedule.

I'm Janhavi. I find beauty in the small things—the genda phool, the handwritten signs, and the quiet moments between rituals. My team and I focus on these tiny, intentional threads to weave a wedding that feels entirely, authentically yours.
