Our main courses are not mass-produced; they are the result of recipes refined over seven decades. When we set up our buffet, we use traditional copper and brass chafing dishes that keep our signature Dal Makhani, simmered for 24 hours, and our velvety Butter Chicken at the perfect temperature until the very last guest is served.
