About Large-Scale Religious & Community Catering
Seva Is In Our Blood
I treat every big religious or community catering event as seva - a chance to serve, not just supply food. Feeding thousands isn’t just a job for me, it’s a responsibility I take seriously. My family’s been doing this since 1951, so the faith and trust you place in us means a lot.
Handling Huge Crowds, No Stress
Managing massive crowds is something I thrive on. From 70,000-plus guests at a Reliance event to packed lines at Mahakumbh, I’ve served up meals at some of the biggest gatherings around. That includes official food partner duties for the Khelo India games - over 750,000 meals in one season.
Menus That Respect Tradition
I know how important it is to stick to the sacred customs. Saatvik food preparation (no onion, no garlic) is something I’ve done for crowds over 50,000. The taste never gets sacrificed - I keep it authentic and flavourful.
Smooth Distribution Systems
Crowds can get chaotic, but my team has solid systems for community meal distribution. Packed thalis (meal trays) with rice, dal, sabzi, puris, and a sweet, all served cleanly and quickly. Everyone gets a swadisht jevan (tasty meal), no matter how busy.
Taste That Belongs
I’m loved for Punjabi flavours but match the menu to your event. For Mahakumbh, I went full Maharashtrian. If you want live chaat counters or something jabarjast (amazing), I’ll make it happen. I work with you to get the right vibe.
