The Feast
Our heart is in Punjabi wedding catering, with classics like Sarson da Saag, Amritsari tikkas, and curries that taste just like home. But we’re not stuck in one lane - our chefs whip up everything from Thai stir-fries to Italian lasagne and Middle-Eastern mezze.
Live food stations are a huge hit - from chaat counters and sizzling grills to custom beverage bars for lassi and mocktails. People love the buzz at these counters.
Service & Presentation
We set up buffets with proper brass and copper gear, and our team keeps things jabarjast (amazing) and smooth. No fuss. Even the QR code menus help guests know what’s cooking.

My Story
Mini Punjab Caterers, started with Karnail Singh ji back in 1951, is all about real Punjabi food and real moments. From Mumbai to Amritsar, even Japan and Australia, we’ve taken our tradition everywhere. We see catering as seva, not just business. Serving at places like Lalbaugcha Raja and Bhakticha Mahakumbh is an honour for us. Our team’s got heart – chefs, servers, managers – they bring the Mini Punjab magic, every single time.
