Logistics & Setup
- Mobile Kitchen: Full satellite kitchen setup brought to venue including heavy duty tandoors and burners.
- Serving Display: Traditional Gold finish or Copper chafing dishes and serving Handis.
- Dining Essentials: Premium bone china dinner plates, steel cutlery, and cotton napkins.
- Staff: Uniformed service staff (ratio 1:15), managers, and breakdown team.

- Beverage: 3 to 4 fresh fruit mocktails (e.g., Guava Chilli) and mineral water.

I started Mini Punjab with my family back in 1951, and our food is all about legacy. But I don’t believe good food should be stuck in one city. Wherever your event goes, I pack up my team and we bring our flavors along - from Mumbai to Iceland, Goa, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, you name it.
Real Destination Experiences
It’s not just talk - we’ve done global wedding catering in places like Iceland, handling wild weather and crazy logistics. In India, we’ve served at beach weddings, sports events, and big family functions. Every place has its vibe, but our food always gets people talking.
How We Pull It Off
Honestly, it’s tough work. We set up full kitchens on-site, with our own chefs and #ChefsOnTour squad. No frozen stuff, no shortcuts. Our live cooking counters, Himalayan Pink Salt grills, and big buffets are all built from scratch, wherever the event is.
Menu That Travels
I love making food that goes beyond borders. Punjabi classics like sarson da saag and Amritsari dishes are always there, but we also do multi-cuisine event menus - Italian, Pan-Asian, Lebanese, all customized for your crowd. Need a massive saatvic (no onion/garlic) spread? We’ve handled feasts for 50,000 people before.

My Story
Mini Punjab Caterers, started with Karnail Singh ji back in 1951, is all about real Punjabi food and real moments. From Mumbai to Amritsar, even Japan and Australia, we’ve taken our tradition everywhere. We see catering as seva, not just business. Serving at places like Lalbaugcha Raja and Bhakticha Mahakumbh is an honour for us. Our team’s got heart – chefs, servers, managers – they bring the Mini Punjab magic, every single time.
