About Savoury Bakes & Treats
If you are ordering the Korean cream cheese buns, just a heads-up that they taste best when warmed slightly in the oven for a minute. The garlic butter gets all melty and the cream cheese center turns perfectly soft, so they are much better warm than eaten cold straight out of the box.
Everyone thinks of bakers only for cakes, but honestly, some days you just want something salty, garlicky, and comforting. That is why I decided to expand my Noida kitchen to include these savoury bakes.
The Savoury Selection
- Korean Cream Cheese Buns: These are a labour of love. I soak the buns in a rich garlic butter sauce, fill them with sweet-and-savory cream cheese, and bake them until they hit that golden-brown perfection. They are perfect for party starters or just a cozy evening snack at home.
- Snappers with Caramelized Onion Dip: This is my latest addition. They are crispy, baked triangles (snappers) paired with a creamy, slow-cooked onion dip. It is that perfect crunch you look for when you are hosting friends or family.
Ordering & Logistics
Everything is 100% eggless and baked fresh in my home studio in Sector 49, Noida. Since I bake entirely to order, please give me at least 5-6 days of notice, especially for larger party quantities. You can pick these up directly from my studio, or I can arrange delivery across Delhi NCR. These aren't just snacks; they are little additions to make your next house gathering or festive hamper feel a bit more complete.
