Sach bataun, when it comes to our tea cakes, we don't believe in shortcuts. We use fresh ingredients and load our Parsi Mawa and Almond loaves with real dry fruits so every slice feels substantial, not airy. You can grab one of these for your evening chai or pick up a jar of our Belgian Truffle cake to keep in your fridge for when those late-night cravings hit.
For us at B.R.O.W.N Bakery, baking is all about the little details that make a treat stand out. Take our cake jars. We layer them by hand, balancing soft sponge with rich, house-made mousse and fresh toppings. The Mango Charlotte jar, for instance, uses real fruit puree that we process in-house, because we find canned alternatives just do not hit the right note.
Then there is the experimental side of our kitchen. We love playing with textures. Our Kunafa croissant is a labour of love, hand-rolled and filled with a special pistachio mixture to give you that crunch you crave. Or if you want pure comfort, our Nutella Almond Crunch donut is a classic that never fails.
We bake in small batches at our Sector 9B and Sector 14 kitchens in Gurugram, which means what you get is usually still warm or freshly cooled.
