About My Baking Journey
My home studio in Sector 49 is usually chaotic, but it works. I consciously skip the heavy, decked-up fondant layers you see everywhere, preferring clean, elegant designs that actually taste like cake rather than just sugar. If you see it on my feed, it is coming out of my oven fresh, and yes, it is 100 percent eggless.
Being a one-person bakery means everything you see is a result of me chasing ingredients at the market and fighting with Instagram reels. When I say everything is fresh, I mean it. I do not have a freezer full of month-old cakes. Because of this, I need a minimum of 5-6 days lead time for orders.
My style is simple because I believe your cake should taste as good as it looks. I use premium ingredients like high-quality flour and real chocolate. You will not find any condensed milk or cake gels here. Whether it is a batch of my fudgy brownies or a cheesecake jar, the focus is always on the texture and the flavor profile.
Since I run this as a home studio, I am quite firm about my policies. I require full payment to confirm your booking and I do not offer discounts on single orders.
