About Pergolas, Gazebos & Custom Structures
When we build your pergola, we do not just weld metal and walk away. We use high-gauge MS hollow tubes treated with red-oxide primer and a weather-proof PU paint finish. This ensures your structure handles the heavy Bengaluru monsoon rains and direct summer heat without rusting or sagging. We focus on structural integrity because a garden shade is only as good as the frame holding it up.

Fabrication is the core of what we do. Whether you need a full-length metal pergola for your rooftop or a simple awning to protect your balcony windows, we focus on the raw material and the installation technique.
The Structural Advantage We use structural MS (Mild Steel) hollow tubes, typically in 16 or 18 gauge, depending on the span of the area. Unlike ready-made kits, we customize everything to your site dimensions.
- Anchoring: We don't just bolt things down. We use civil grouting for pillars into your floor or parapet wall, ensuring the structure is stable against high winds.
- Protection: Every joint is ground smooth, treated with metal primer, and finished with two coats of weather-proof PU paint. This keeps the finish looking clean and prevents corrosion.
Roofing and Shade Options We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We match the roofing material to your specific usage needs. If you need heat protection, we use Sandwich Puff sheets. For a modern, clear view, we use 10mm or 12mm toughened glass. For standard shading, we install Polycarbonate sheets that offer durability without completely blocking natural light.
