Industrial & Warehouse Sheds
We build tough, durable sheds for factories, warehouses, and workshops across Bangalore. Our structures prioritize high-grade steel, proper load distribution, and weather-resistant roofing that lasts.

This is the skeleton of a large rooftop shed. The frame is made from heavy gauge mild steel, providing the necessary strength for a wide-span industrial or commercial structure.
The work starts from the ground. Here you can see the massive steel columns being erected on the concrete foundation for a new warehouse, ensuring structural integrity from the base up.

About Industrial & Warehouse Sheds
When we fabricate an industrial shed, the foundation matters more than the roof. We start by analyzing your site's specific load-bearing capacity, because even the highest-grade steel frame cannot support a warehouse if the anchor bolts aren't set perfectly into the concrete base.
Building a functional industrial space is not just about putting up a roof. It is about creating a structure that handles wind loads, heavy machinery weight, and the daily wear and tear of a working environment.
Our Technical Approach
- Structural Strength: We use heavy ISMB I-Beams for the primary columns. These are chosen specifically for their ability to manage large spans without sagging.
- Galvalume Roofing: We install 0.45mm to 0.50mm Galvalume metal profile sheets. This material provides superior corrosion resistance compared to standard metal, which is critical for Bangalore's variable monsoon climate.
- Precise Anchoring: Every shed starts with heavy-duty anchor bolts embedded into concrete pedestals. We ensure the steel framework is securely tied down, preventing the structure from shifting under pressure.
- Industrial Finish: We use industrial-grade red oxide and zinc chromate primers on all exposed steel. This is a non-negotiable step to prevent rust before the final coat is applied.
Why Quality Matters in Fabrication
I have spent over 13 years in this field, and I have seen what happens when shortcuts are taken. A shed that isn't welded properly or has misaligned purlins will leak, vibrate, and eventually fail. My team focuses on the joints and the welds because that is where the structure is either made strong or left vulnerable. Whether you need a simple workshop shelter or a large-scale warehouse, we provide a complete service from raw material procurement to final erection and cleanup.
